Coach

Eurolines groups together 32 independent coach companies of which the UK representative is National Express. Although the jouney times are longer than other alternatives coach travel does offer the cheapest way to get to your destination. In the ski season, from late December to the middle of April, coaches operate to most of the resort areas from London Victoria Coach Station.

If you are flying for your skiing holiday then coach offers a very effective way to get to the airport. You will be picked up locally and dropped right by the terminal. No worries about parking the car and struggling with you bags on and off a shuttle bus.

National Express offers services to Bristol, Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham East Midlands, Gatwick, Heathrow, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester & Stansted.

There are a number of companies who can offer a complete package, a coach trip down to the Alps starting from a local departure point, plus accomodation in the resort. It may take a bit longer to get down there but it is an easy way to go. Once you are in your seat with yours bags in the hold you can relax until you arrive at the hotel.
